Creative Arts' Adult Education
"Scientific research demonstrates that involvement in challenging participatory arts programs has a positive effect on physical health, mental health, and social functioning in older adults, regardless of their ability." - www.artsandaging.org
Creative Arts has been offering adult education in the performing and visual arts for many years. We try to accomodate schedules and needs as much as possible, so please let us know how we can better serve you! Often classes or workshops can even be tailor to meet your specific need or the specific need of a group.
In addition to being educational, our programs are also meant to be social. Beginning, intermediate and advanced students are often mixed together to encourage interaction amoung the participants. Although students are encouraged to try new and different approaches, there is also ample opportunity to share your own approach.
